Purchase/refund policy:

If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, you may make substitutions at no extra charge.

All deposits on registration fees are 100% non-refundable.

All registrations paid in full carry a 20% cancellation penalty upon receipt and up to 45 days before the conference.

There are no refunds for cancellations made within 45 days of the conference or for delegates who are unable to attend. Delegates who cancel within 45 days of the conference or who are unable to attend, will receive conference documentation including the DVD.

Attendees will be responsible for arranging their travel to/from China and securing their visas independently. Refunds will not be issued due to registrants' failure to secure travel to China and/or required travel documentation.
